Initial Assessment
Initial Assessments are the first appointment. This includes a subjective assessment, in-depth Musculoskeletal/Neurological assessment, diagnosis and explanation, treatment, and a rehab plan (focusing on YOUR goals).
Follow Ups
Follow ups are recommended every 2-3 weeks. This includes re-assessment, treatment, assessing rehab progress (objectively), and an updated rehab plan.
Falls Assessment
Sadly falls assessments are free from the NHS... once you've already fallen. At NewYouPhysio we aim to provide a valuable service which prevents falls from occurring in the first place. This service includes an in-depth falls assessment, mobility assessment, and recommendations to prevent the risk of you falling. You will receive an independent tailored plan to make your home a safer place.

Physiotherapist
Thomas Share
Hi, my name is Tom and I graduated from the University of Brighton with a First Class Honours in BSc Physiotherapy. I have experience in Musculoskeletal outpatients (MSK), Neurological Rehabilitation, Palliative Care, and Acute Care (NHS).
I am currently working as a NHS Senior A&E Physiotherapist at Medway NHS Foundation Trust.
I have a strong interest in all things physio ranging from Musculoskeletal / Sports injuries, to acute respiratory therapy and dealing with major trauma incidents in A&E.
